RETURN POLICY 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after ordering  your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There is always a tag attached to our products. Once it has been removed, you can no longer return the item. When you place a pre-order, the item cannot be returned, as it is specially ordered for you. This policy also applies to items with personalized initials on bags.


To start a return, you can contact us at nissique.amsterdam@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Would you like to return an item? Please follow these steps:

Check the item

  • The original tag must still be attached. Returns without the tag will not be accepted.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Personalized Initials on bags cannot be returned. ( Pre - orders )
  • Jackets on the website is a pre order. 

Request a return

  • Email nissique.amsterdam@gmail.com with the reason for your return.
  • Make sure to do this within 14 days of receiving your order.

Wait for approval

  • You will receive a response within a maximum of 3 working days.
  • Important: Request your return on time! If our response comes after the 14-day period, we are not responsible for delays.

Send the item back

  • Once approved, ship the package within 1-2 working days.

Receive your refund

  • After we receive and approve your return, the refund will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method.

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
